Royal Navy Artillery AEC Matador Tractor. Large, lumbering, and low geared (with a maximum road speed of 28 mph), the Matador was unfazed by the heaviest load or muddiest field. 1/76 1957 AEC Mercury TL

AEC Mercury Turntable Ladder RFS 132 of the Edinburgh and SE Area Fire Brigade. The Mercury TL was produced from 1957 until the late 1960s. Almost 200 were built and over half of these came with extending Merryweather 100 ft ladders. A classic 50's monster, finished in traditional red and silver. Detailing includes Merryweather badging and the colourful South Eastern Fire Brigade crest, incorporating two Scottish thistles. Approx. 13cm x 3cm x 4cm (5" x 1.25" x 1.5"). 1/76 British Rail Van Set

British Railways pale cream and crimson ("blood and custard") five van set, made up of: 1 x 76AK016 Austin K8, 1 x 76ANG037 Ford Anglia Van, 1 x 76LAN2001 Land Rover Series II 109 Hard Top, 1 x 76CA018 Bedford CA Minibus, 1 x 76CM001 Commer Q25. Each model is finished with its own number plate and BR markings. The set comes mounted within a single acrylic case. Models range in length from just under 5cm (2") to just over 6cm (2.5"). 1/76 1940s 1950s Leyland Octopus

The Leyland Octopus was a legendary British heavy-duty workhorse. Primarily produced from the 1930s to the 1970s, it featured eight wheels and a robust engine, allowing it to reliably haul impressive loads upwards of 17.5 tonnes. First manufactured at Leyland's Lancashire plant, the Octopus quickly became the undisputed backbone of Britain's heavy haulage industry. Its rugged 8x4 chassis and heavy-duty flatbed were widely used by major operators like British Road Services (BRS) and the British Steel Corporation. This model represents an historic 1948 to 1958 John Aizlewood Ltd Flour Mills Lorry, Fleet No. 12, Registration HDG 153. Diecast metal with some plastic parts. Perfect for British Truck collectors and OO gauge model railway enthusiasts. Approx. 11.5cm (4.5”) long.

The AEC Mammoth Major was a heavy-duty 3-axle British truck built by the Associated Equipment Company (AEC). A legendary 8-wheeler renowned for its ability to handle payloads of up to 15 tons, and its versatility to operate across a variety of industries. This model represents the Mammoth Major dropside, Fleet Number 66E233, registration ORA 839, operated by British Road Services (BRS) under the North Derbyshire Group, 1951 to 1961. A diecast metal model with some plastic parts, and rolling wheels. Finished in BRS North Derbyshire Group livery. NOTE: sides DO NOT drop, and deck DOES NOT tip.
