    North American Aviation P-51D Mustang “Old Crow”. Captain Bud Anderson USAAF 357th FG, 363rd FS, s/n 44-14450 B6-S, RAF Leiston, England, 1944. Long-range, single-seat fighter and fighter-bomber used during World War II and the Korean War. At the start of the Korean War the Mustang was the main US fighter until jet fighters became available. Diecast metal model with some plastic parts. Rotating prop and removable ordnance. Landing gear can be placed up or down. Approx. 14cm x 15cm (5.5” x 6”). Comes with a display stand.

    Grumman F6F-5, 1946 “Blue Angels” US Navy Hellcat. Produced from April 1944 to November 1945. This plane was so lethal that it earned the nickname “Ace Maker” because of the large number of pilots who earned their 5 + victories while flying it. Hellcats also saw combat in the Korean War as unmanned, carrier launched, radio-controlled drones (F6F-5K variant). Diecast metal model with some plastic parts. Rotating prop, removable pilot figure, canopy can be displayed open. Comes with decals for No.1 to No.4 planes. Landing gear can be shown up or down. Approx. 14cm x 18cm (5.5" x 7"). Considered the most advanced submarine of the 2060s, Stingray measures 30 metres (85ft) long and its nuclear reactor powers a Dual Drumman Hydrojets Ratemaster Turbine. Giving the vessel a surface speed of 400 knots and a submerged speed of 600 knots. This little beauty was made famous by the 1964 TV series of the same name, created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson.
